Mrs. Sue Kitzler is the Special Education Resource Room teacher at South Elementary. Together with Mrs. Leslie Lohr, the classroom aide, she instructs fourteen students from the Upper Sandusky district. Instruction in Language Arts and Math is presented at an individual level according to each child's need.
